The Allen Theatre is a classic, single screen cinema and theatrical venue that traces it's lineage back to the early 1900's.  We continually showcase live acts - from bands, to comics, to theatrical groups and guest lecturers, as well as screening classic and art-house cinema.  The Allen is also available for private events and is host to a variety of monthly activities such as our First Thursday Jazz Series and Songwriters Circle.

​     The theatre is currently owned and managed by professional illusionist Michael Cantor and his wife Cindy Vejar who have added a used bookstore (vinyl and CDs as well) to the re-vamped cafe adjacent to the space.  Michael and Cindy are both life-time enthusiasts of cinema, music, and live performance and love sharing their passions and decades worth of experience!
